How we meter

Aligned with how the product actually works

Challenge-response and quarantine gateways burn cost on inbound volume and inbox configuration, not on dashboard seats. Our plans follow that.

Inboxes / aliases

Virtual first, then everyone

Starter is virtual addresses only (support@, contact@, and similar gateways). Business and Enterprise also protect group mailboxes and individual users such as john.doe@acme.com.

Coverage

All incoming mail on Business

Put Immune in front of virtual, group, and user addresses and every inbound path you choose is challenged the same way. One gateway model for the whole organization.

Messages & people

Volume metered, seats free

Received mail (delivered, quarantined, or rejected) counts toward the monthly allowance. Dashboard seats are unlimited.

FAQ

Common questions

What counts as a message?

Any inbound email to an Immune inbox, including quarantine holds and mail from verified senders that passes straight through.

What's the difference between user, group, and virtual inboxes?

A virtual inbox is a gateway address such as support@ that Immune challenges and then redirects to a helpdesk or other destination. Starter includes these only. A group inbox covers a shared mailbox like admin@. A user inbox protects an individual mailbox such as john.doe@acme.com. Group and user inboxes are on Business and Enterprise, so you can cover all incoming mail across the org.

Does Business really protect all incoming mail?

Yes, for every address you place behind Immune: virtual gateways, shared group mailboxes, and individual users. Mail to protected addresses is challenged the same way, wherever it would have landed next.

What happens if I hit my plan limit?

We'll notify workspace admins before you hit the cap. You can upgrade to Business or Enterprise. Mail keeps flowing while you decide.

Is there a free plan?

No. Immune is built for teams. New workspaces get a 7-day free trial (card required). You are not charged until the trial ends.

Can I change plans later?

Upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual Starter or Business can switch to monthly at renewal.

Where does verified mail get delivered?

Wherever you point each inbox: Intercom, Help Scout, Gmail, or any SMTP destination.

Start with a virtual public inbox. Upgrade when you need user mailboxes.
